You have the option of answering our Deep Dive questions in writing via an online form, or we can schedule an in-person or virtual meeting and capture your answers live.

The goal of the Heartbeat Design Brief is to better understand you and what you want out of your space aesthetically and emotionally.

We'll finalize the Design Brief together by jointly agreeing to clear project objectives and criteria for success.

Think of it as a guiding north star that helps ensure every design decision we make delivers on our strategy (or is "on brief!" as they say in the business).

The next step? We'll present Heart Boards, otherwise known as a Mood Boards, but with extra emphasis on the emotion we're aiming to elicit. Heart Boards include a collection of design elements, photos, colors, furniture, textures, accents etc, and a proposed story that's intended to signal the look and the vibe of your space.

Once you've signed off on your Heart Board(s), we'll curate a shopping list that includes furniture and accent items that fall within your budget and deliver on the design vision of your space.

The list will include direct-to-purchase links so you can take a better look at each item, and decide if you want our:

1. Full-Service Option: We handle the process for you, including ordering and coordinating delivery.

2. Self-Service Option: You control timing and delivery by purchasing the shopping list items yourself.

Think of the "install & style" as setting the stage for your story. The furniture, accents, colors, and textures bring the unique spirited heart of your space to life.

We can handle every detail of the install and style—from unboxing to furniture assembly to placement to accents.
